Better Business Bureau

BBB Code of Business Practices represents standards for business accreditation by BBB. Businesses based in the United States and Canada that meet these standards and complete all application procedures will be accredited by BBB and will follow eight basic principles to ensure consumer trust. Movers USA is a proud recipient of the BBB accreditation, a telling sign of out trustworthy service.

The ProMover Program

The ProMover program promotes ethical principles in the moving and storage industry and works with federal and state governments to mitigate unethical moving practices. Movers USA adheres to ProMover program guidelines and offers exemplary service.

Move For Hunger

By teaming up with relocation companies across the country, Move For Hunger is creating one of the nation’s largest year-round service programs. Our movers offer to pick up the unwanted, non-perishable food items from those who are moving and deliver it to their local food banks. Movers USA believes in giving back to the community by participating in local and national charity events and movements.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)

The primary mission of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is to reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses.The FMCSA was established as a separate administration within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) on January 1, 2000, pursuant to the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999. FMCSA is headquartered in Washington, DC and is dedicated to improving the safety of commercial motor vehicles (CMV) and saving lives.

Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA)

Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) is a non-profit, member-driven trade organization that has been serving Maryland’s commercial trucking industry since 1935. Today, MMTA is one of the largest trucking associations in the country, representing 1,000 member companies. MMTA represents the entire trucking industry and gives a strong voice to everyone. Movers USA follows all MMTA guidelines promoting excellence and safety.

The American Moving & Storage Association

The American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA) is a non-profit trade association established in 1936. Our moving company membership includes 3,200 professional movers who move household goods interstate. In addition, these companies may provide intrastate and local moving services as well as storage in a secure warehouse. AMSA’s chief goals include strong support for effective government regulations and policies that protect consumers while allowing members to provide quality service at compensatory prices, and ensuring that consumers understand the value of professional moving and storage services. Registered Mover Program (RMP)

Registered Mover Program (RMP) works for the benefit of both consumers and moving companies: Members must abide by a code of ethics, follow general guidelines, agree to a system for arbitrating disputes between movers and customers, and submit certain documents for review by RMP personnel.
