If I could give 10 stars, I would they were on time quick and since I only had one bedroom and a few But about eight storage bins and a few other furniture pieces, my move was under three hours. We were done before noon. If I had to give one flaw it’s that my headboard is not quite as sturdy as it was because they had to take it apart to get it in the elevator in my apartment building. Totally not their fault, but I wish my headboard wasn’t wobbly.

Just a short note to express our profound appreciation for the comprehensiveness and quality of the service that we received from MoversUSA over the past year and a half. We had a complex job that encompassed professional packing and boxing of household items (including electronics), moving, delivery of charitable donations, and long-term storage, and MoversUSA handled everything extremely professionally and seamlessly! Laura, in Customer Service, was our main contact person, and she met with us remotely on more than one occasion before our move to review the contents of our condo, so that she could give us a precise estimate of the expected moving and storage costs, for planning purposes. The moving team arrived punctually and abided by the condominium building’s moving rules, and the team was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the handling and packaging of fragile items.The Moving Team then made additional stops on the way back to the storage facility to drop off items at various locations (including Goodwill), as instructed, and everything was transported safely and in excellent condition. MoversUSA’s storage fees were also cost-competitive, and we were pleased that our items were stored safely in sanitary storage vaults in a climate-controlled warehouse facility that was pest-free.On the day of our move-out, a year and a half later, the vaults were brought down and opened prior to our arrival, and we were assigned personnel to assist us with opening of the storage boxes and facilitating the final sorting and distribution of our items. MoversUSA’s personnel then willingly assisted us with loading our personal items into our vehicles; the disposal of unwanted items; and the final delivery of additional charitable donations to Goodwill.In short, MoversUSA provided us with exceptional service throughout the tenure of our contract with them, and we are extremely grateful to everyone at MoversUSA (including the entire Management Team, Laura in Customer Service, and all of the movers that worked with us) for their exemplary work! We therefore highly recommend MoversUSA for their professionalism, cost-effectiveness and the quality of their packing, moving and storage facilities.

Movers USA is amazing! They did an incredible job packing up our 3,900 sq ft home in Leesburg, VA in Feb 2025 at the best price among 4 moving companies. They were meticulous in their care and handling while packing our 20,000 pounds of possessions. They stored our belongings until we found a new home 250 miles away in Salem, VA in October 2025. Movers USA even sent the same people to deliver our things, so the continuity was appreciated. Again, the delivery and handling of our items was first class! They brought back every single box with nothing broken or scratched!! The customer service representative (Laura) is so pleasant to work with. She is always helpful, empathetic, and very reassuring. She always answered my many questions frequently and politely. We highly recommend Movers USA for all of your moving services, both local and long distance!

I MUST share my experience dealing with Movers USA. Not only was each mover/packer exceptional, the materials used were impressive. These aren’t cheap boxes ladies/gents! I dealt a lot with the CEO, Sharon who is one outstanding individual. He is a honest, caring and one fantastic man which I have had the pleasure of meeting. He took care of the move of my mom from MD to NC, and assisted with the move from one NC house to another. His pricing was more than fair, his trucks clean with their insignia clearly marked along with each packet/mover with the insignia marked on their shirts. The furniture was blanketed and wrapped to cause no damage, grandfather clock dismantled and packed so carefully. The movers/packers were MORE than gracious when shifting around furniture/boxes. If you’re looking to move, I can HONESTLY say without ANY reservations, contact Movers USA. You will NOT be disappointed! I am SO impressed! Moving is stressful enough, but they honestly do take care of your possessions. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful this move was! Thank you for your time!Kathy MGarner, NC

Movers USA was outstanding from start to finish. I always spoke to Laura on the phone and she was professional, clear in the information she provided, and answered all my questions. The 3 movers were Alberto, Vitelio and Anna. They also were professional, as well as very courteous, and extremely quick and efficient. The move did take longer than I expected but it was partly due to the fact that they wrapped every piece of heavy and/or fragile piece of furniture with a blanket and then used plastic wrapping to keep the blankets secure. They worked non-stop from 10-5 without taking a break for lunch. They really took the stress off of me, as once we did an initial discussion of what was being moved from each room (we did not have them move everything) they worked fairly independently. I would highly recommend Movers USA if you’re looking for a great mover!

I have to share how impressed we were by Movers USA, Alberto, his whole team, and Laura Davis in customer service for her help along the way. First of all, their estimated price was so much better than the other estimates that I was not sure they understood our needs. I spoke with Laura many, many, many times. Every time she was always professional, polite, courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable! I had so many questions and she was always well prepared to provide answers and reassurance on many occasions. She is an amazing representative for Movers USA!Alberto and his team were tremendous! Everyone worked hard and diligently that even on a cold February day they were breaking a sweat! They were constantly active and performed so well in carefully wrapping and boxing almost 400 boxes along with numerous pieces of heavy furniture. They are all vibrant and full of energy as they eagerly loaded the truck with all of those boxes and many large heavy pieces of furniture. The entire team was extremely impressive in their outstanding performance. Please accept our sincere and grateful appreciation for the performance of the whole team and their fantastic delivery. Job well done!! I offer my highest recommendation to everyone to select Movers USA for a fantastic price and great value for all of your local or long distance moving needs!

Amazing! We are a furniture company out of Sacramento, CA and when FedEx freight seriously dropped the ball and stranded our clients Thanksgiving day table at their warehouse the day before Thanksgiving. Movers USA saved the day for us and made special accommodations to get our clients table to them in time. They were extremely friendly, professional at a reasonable price. I can not recommend them enough.

I recently used Movers USA for a move from Howard County to Montgomery County. I hadn't hired professional movers before so honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But without a doubt, I was 100% impressed with the scheduling process and the move itself. I contacted Movers USA only two weeks before my move and they were incredibly accommodating. I worked with Laura who scheduled me and walked me through the initial booking process where she asked about the items to be moved and answered any questions I had along with providing a pretty accurate quote/estimate. I called Laura twice more within a two week span to ask questions and to even add TWO stops between the apartment I was moving out of and the new apartment I was moving into. Laura was patient with my multiple questions and last-minute changes. On moving day, three gentlemen showed up to my rather small apartment parking lot, carefully maneuvered and parked the moving truck, and got started immediately. They even worked graciously around a junk removal team I hired which showed up a few minutes before Movers USA did. They worked quickly and carefully and were very accommodating when it came to making multiple stops. Moreover, they came prepared with special packing equipment to package my flat-screen TVs after I neglected to make plans to properly pack the televisions. All in all, I definitely recommend going with this company for your moving needs. I’ll be moving into a new home with my parents next year and have already made plans to hire this moving company again in the future.

Expertise was readily evident. All packing was accomplished with great care. The baby grand piano was the biggest worry for damage and they were perfect taking care of it. Moving is stressful but the huge moving task was made easier and less expensive with Movers USA. I received prompt attention from the owner himself, Sharon Nahoom, for an estimate. His pricing is very fair and has a lot of value added services and products for your specific needs. The crew was prompt and worked quickly. They covered the floors with a covering to protect the hardwood floors and rugs. We were concerned about scratching/scuffing the newly painted walls but they were so good and conscientious, we needn’t have worried at all. They didn’t even touch the walls. We had his moving crew pack our grandfather clock for a small fee and it was worth every penny. It has arrived safely with zero damage. Sharon also provide sound advice and suggestions to help me organize my 2-step moving requirement. We first had to declutter in order to present our home for sale before we could proceed with the actual move. He stored our excess furniture and boxes at his climate controlled facility in a safe location with a reasonable monthly storage fee. Throughout the process, we had great communication with our customer service rep, Laurie, who was so patient and helpful with every phone call I made—and in the beginning, I had a lot of questions! For our final move 3 states away, they arrived safely and delivered some items to our storage facility and the balance to our temporary home. We also had Movers USA arrange to transport one of our vehicles and Movers USA was very reasonably priced. I can not say enough good things about Movers USA, Sharon, Laurie and his crew. It was a good experience having them take care of all of our storage and moving needs. You owe it to yourself to at least talk to Sharon and let him give you a price and share with you all the additional services he can provide.

In my experience, Movers USA sets the standard for excellence. Scheduled easily, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Because of these movers I was able to move my office space, cubicles and all. They checked out my space and quoted me a very fair price with insurance. The communication before my move day was very attentive. On my move day, they showed up a little later than I expected but they exceeded my expectations getting everything I needed. In our new location, I just stood there pointing to where I needed everything to go. They disassembled and reassembled 6 cubicles and a conference room table. At the end of the move, i realized I needed something shifted and they did it without complaint. They asked me multiple times about the old space and the new space how it looked and whether i was satisfied. The professionalism and customer service were great. Move days can be extremely stressful and I kept waiting for something to go terribly wrong, but choosing these movers to handle my company's office move was the best decision I could've made.

Bryant and Chris helped us out in baltimore and were by far the best movers I’ve ever seen in my LIFE! They came in and knocked out an entire apts worth in 2 hours and didn’t break a sweat! They were friendly considerate and extremely careful. They have so much experience apparently and deserve a raise. These guys are what workers look like!!!!

I have used Movers USA, Inc. for three moves in the last 3 years. They moved me back and forth to Pennsylvania twice for work and then one additional move in Maryland for my personal home. I have also used them to store my household goods during this time. Everyone that I have worked with has been professional and courteous and all my furniture survived the moves. They protected every piece of furniture. They packed smaller boxes in easier to manage larger boxes. Every detail was accounted for. I would definitely recommend Movers USA to my friends and family.

Moving is not an easy thing. Relocation overseas is even more complex. I am already experienced once every few years to pack all my belongings and move overseas. Movers USA had their act together! Out of 5 moving companies they had the bid, authorizations and paperwork done the fastest. Their rate was based on a flat rate instead of time which the crew could fudge based on when they “ left the office and returned to the office “.The moving crew of Alberto and Elmer were phenomenal! Their packing job was stellar and my new furniture arrived completely intact and undamaged. The seller was so impressed with the care they took to package and protect what she was selling me that she wanted their names to ask for a bid on her move south with them as her packing team. Great job Movers USA!
