We assess your current Bethesda office layout and the destination before confirming crew, trucks, and schedule. Access conditions at both addresses are confirmed with building management in advance.
Office Furniture and Equipment
Desks, filing cabinets, conference tables, and equipment are wrapped, padded, and loaded to prevent damage in transit.
Disassembly and Reassembly
Modular furniture, cubicle systems, and standard office pieces are taken apart and reassembled. Complex configurations are flagged during the assessment.
IT Equipment Handling
Computers, monitors, and AV equipment are packed with appropriate padding and placed where your team directs. We do not provide cabling or IT reconfiguration.
Full Floor and Multi-Location Moves
We handle full floor moves and multi-location consolidations across Bethesda and Montgomery County. Crew and truck count are confirmed based on actual volume.
